The interpretation of intraoral periapical radiographs

The interpretation of intraoral periapical radiographs was examined to determine the reproducibility and accuracy of interpretation. Three dental consultants, three dental general practitioners, three dental registrars and three dental house-officers were asked to examine 50 radiographs. Twenty-five of the radiographs were of non-vital teeth and the other 25 were of vital teeth.
